InstaGIS: Demographic and Social Media Analysis Mapping

Clients can explore geographic patterns in their data, as millions of data sets from trusted information sources reside in InstaGIS’s software, and are displayed on Google Maps. With instaGIS, clients can filter data by population, socio-economic group, age, income level, gender and ethnicity. InstaGIS uses real-time social media information, overlaid onto a customized map area, to provide current trends.

Clients can combine their data with InstaGIS information on one
easy-to-read map. They can then manage all of their resources on one map, or manage multiple datasets on one map. Clients can also share their visualizations with people inside their organization and on the web. They can optimize marketing campaigns and use location intelligence to maximize return on investment. InstaGIS will help clients identify new marketing opportunities and highlight these areas. Clients can then target the exact location for their next marketing campaign and plot these boundaries into their online marketing channels (Google Adwords, Facebook ads, Display ads) or traditional
channels (door to door, mail, billboards, etc.)

InstaGIS also helps clients pick the Right Location for their Business, using a combination of demographics and social media for site selection. Site selection is critical to any business strategy, and InstaGIS creates a comparison matrix. InstaGIS allows clients to create isochrones to calculate customer travel time for 5-, 10- and 15-minute walk and drive distances. InstaGIS can also be used to calculate customer-spending data to predict potential sales of every single real estate opportunity.
