Sea to Table is a seafood provider that connects restaurants and consumers to fisherman in order to ensure a fair, environmentally sustainable and transparent seafood transaction. Sea to Table partners with small-scale domestic fisherman and fisheries that practice sustainable wild fishing, and ships their products directly from the dock to the chef’s kitchen. Sea to Table’s standard of “sustainability” goes beyond just environmentalism and the health of the fish, and takes into account local communities and the health of the local economy. They also strive to continually use the most recent scientific information on fishery sustainable to drive their projects, ahead of the standards of most fishing corporations. Sea to Table is a Certified B Corporation, meaning it adheres to rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
