SmartSea Technologies
is a new company that focuses on maritime navigation and mapping the oceans, with the most up to date nautical and technological tools. The company came together from the SmartPort app team, who built the first app for marinas, and key team members from BlooSee, a company that created the global map and database for boating resources. This wealth of experience, passion about boating and sailing, and everything that has to do with the ocean, has allowed SmartSea to tackle navigation especially effectively.
They are currently working to update the app SmartPort, which was the first complete and interactive guide on marinas and yacht clubs and all the recreation people can enjoy there. The new version of the app will feature optimizations in navigation and maritime information, allow users to open the gates to the slips from their phone, interact with the community at the marinas they choose and, in general, maximize their boating experience.
At the marina, users will be able to find out everything a marina can offer, learn about its facilities, its services, all the companies related to sailing available and all the recreation they can enjoy in the marina and its surrounding area.
