Which countries are home to the world’s tallest men and women? How about the smallest? How do the height of folks in developed nations compare to those in non-developed nations? The following map created based off of a study conducted by the Imperial College of London answers all these questions and more.
The study used biometric data collected from 18-year olds around the world between 1914 and 2014.
The study found that the tallest men in the world are Dutch and the tallest women are Latvian. While American man come in at number 32 and American women rank number 42 in the world.
